- Ensure adherence to testing processes
- Ensure software quality and contractual compliance
- Follow internal procedures and productivity standards
- Guide testers and improve testing skills
- Identify and respond to product and test risks
- Lead testing continuous improvement
- Maintain test environment representative of production
- Own testing strategy and testing processes
- Perform verification and impact analysis
- Plan and document test strategies
- Plan prioritize and manage change
- Prioritize test conditions
- Provide estimates for sprint planning
- Report test results
- Reproduce issues and verify no regressions
