Service Delivery Manager – Cybersecurity and Quality Engineering - Glasgow/Birmingham/Edinburgh/Bristol - Hybrid - Salary up to £46K
Tasks
- Coordinate client engagements
- Coordinate internal teams resources and timelines
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes tools and automation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and governance
- Liaise with third party vendors and subcontractors
- Oversee quality assurance and reporting
- Provide technical input for pre-sales
- Review test results vulnerabilities and recommendations
- Track and report performance metrics SLA adherence and customer satisfaction
- Translate technical risks into business value
