- Develop automation for endpoint deployment and administration
- Engineer and maintain Windows and macOS workstation configurations
- Implement endpoint hardening and security controls
- Maintain technical documentation runbooks and operational procedures
- Manage Ivanti and KACE endpoint management solutions
- Support audit and compliance activities
- Support device provisioning enrollment deployment and lifecycle management
- Support service desk escalations and complex incidents
- Support vulnerability remediation efforts
- Troubleshoot endpoint application and device management issues
