Service Desk Systems Administrator / Space Programs
Tasks
- Assist with data backup and recovery
- Create modify and manage user accounts permissions and access levels
- Ensure security compliance
- Install configure maintain operating systems
- Maintain documentation for configurations and procedures
- Monitor system logs and report incidents
- Monitor system performance and network connectivity
- Participate in training and pursue relevant IT certifications
- Perform system updates patches and software installations
- Provide first level technical support to internal employees
- Support DNS DHCP VPN and firewall rules
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
