- Configure Thin Client and VDI device connectivity
- Configure user access for LAN services
- Deploy and configure hardware and software for users
- Follow security policies and controls
- Identify server and network issues
- Image desktops and laptops for deployment
- Maintain Active Directory user and computer objects
- Maintain departmental documentation
- Remove access for terminated users
- Respond to work queue incidents
- Set up email accounts
- Test device operation
- Troubleshoot Windows operating system issues
