- Administer SharePoint Online environment
- Automate administrative processes
- Configure document libraries lists metadata and content types
- Create documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Create reports on usage storage and security metrics
- Develop and enforce governance standards and best practices
- Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365
- Maintain search configuration and indexing
- Manage site collections subsites and hub sites
- Manage user access permissions and RBAC
- Monitor and audit activity logs
- Optimize storage utilization indexing and large list performance
- Perform root cause analysis using logs and reports
- Provide site architecture guidance and content lifecycle management
- Support SharePoint environment migrations
- Support collaboration with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft OneDrive
- Troubleshoot access sync performance and storage issues
