- Automate operational tasks to reduce toil

- Collaborate with development teams on reliability and deployment strategies
- Define and track SLIs/SLOs

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Implement security best practices including IAM and secrets management
- Improve system reliability through automation and monitoring
- Maintain runbooks and operational documentation
- Manage containerized workloads via Docker and Kubernetes

- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
