Site Security Operations Manager
Tasks
- Conduct security inspections and walkthroughs
- Coordinate incident response with stakeholders
- Engage tenants and stakeholders on security matters
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain incident reporting and escalation
- Manage contracted security vendors
- Oversee access control and video monitoring systems
- Oversee day to day physical security operations
- Perform site level risk assessments
- Provide security performance insights and metrics
- Support emergency preparedness drills and exercises
- Support security budget planning
- Troubleshoot security equipment
