• Apply SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria
• Communicate engagement progress findings and recommendations
• Coordinate concurrent engagements
• Coordinate report review and issuance
• Develop engagement plans timelines and resource allocations
• Develop methodologies templates and best practices
• Ensure deliverables meet reporting standards
• Ensure deliverables quality and timely completion
• Ensure engagement documentation compliance
• Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness
• Guide SOC readiness remediation and control improvements
• Identify and escalate technical or compliance issues
• Improve engagement processes and tools
• Lead client walkthroughs status meetings and control discussions
• Manage SOC 2 examination engagements
• Manage and mentor team members
• Provide coaching and technical training
• Review SOC reports management assertions and documentation
• Review control testing procedures workpapers and documentation
• Review staff work and provide performance feedback
• Serve as day to day client engagement lead
• Support client presentations
• Support onboarding and development
• Support proposal preparation and scoping discussions
