Tasks
- Assist in SIEM migration and alert validation
- Create and update incident tickets
- Escalate confirmed threats to L2 SOC analysts
- Follow SOC playbooks and standard operating procedures
- Monitor security alerts from SIEM and security tools
- Perform alert triage and initial incident handling
- Review alerts for malware phishing suspicious login endpoint and network activity
- Support shift handover and daily SOC reporting
- Validate incidents and identify false positives
