- Close alerts based on SLAs
- Document incidents in ticketing systems
- Follow SOPs and incident response playbooks
- Identify and escalate suspicious activities
- Investigate malware phishing intrusion attempts and policy violations
- Monitor cybersecurity threats vulnerabilities and attack trends
- Monitor security alerts and events
- Perform initial triage and analysis
- Provide shift based monitoring
- Support incident response and containment actions
