SOC Analyst, Satellite Operations Support

Tasks

• Assist satellite controllers during anomalies
• Collect metrics analyze trends and reduce operational risk
• Conduct real time station keeping relocation launch EOR and IOT operations
• Coordinate maintenance testing upgrades and configuration changes
• Create and track anomaly reports
• Develop validate and maintain operational procedures
• Ensure RF equipment readiness
• Ensure TTCM readiness
• Ensure backup SOC readiness for takeover
• Ensure baseband systems readiness
• Ensure operational software tools readiness
• Implement corrective actions
• Maintain logs schedules and operational documentation
• Monitor analyze and trend ground system performance
• Provide 247 support for satellite operations
• Support recovery procedures
• Support root cause analysis
