SOC Manager -Security Operations Centre - Cyber Security
Tasks
- Define and drive SOC capability roadmap
- Identify manage and escalate technical operational and delivery risks
- Lead engagement delivery and manage dependencies
- Manage service level agreements and performance indicators
- Oversee SOC operations incident triage and response
- Provide end to end technical leadership for SOC and cyber defense
- Serve as client escalation point for technical issues
- Set technical direction and ensure quality
