SOC Operations Analyst - Senior / Public Trust
Tasks
- Analyze cyber impacts to IT assets
- Coordinate incident response
- Coordinate with external organizations and leadership
- Direct continuity of operations
- Manage incident triage
- Monitor and respond SOC and SIM emails
- Perform quality assurance for service desk actions
- Provide cyber risk briefings
- Review multiple data sources for threats and vulnerabilities
- Submit Remedy tickets
- Support incident containment investigation and remediation
