Software Engineer - Observability
Tasks
- Assist in alerting and incident response
- Assist in observability implementation
- Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams
- Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and dashboards
- Ensure cloud infrastructure visibility in AWS and Azure
- Manage observability tools like AppInsights, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana
- Optimize logging and metrics collection
- Support distributed tracing and telemetry with OpenTelemetry
- Support monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions
