- Build and maintain custom connectors and integrations
- Collaborate on cloud updates and enhancement scripts
- Create and review IAM architecture documentation
- Define secure integration patterns and data flows
- Deliver knowledge transfer and best practices
- Design access governance and certification campaigns
- Design identity lifecycle and access provisioning flows
- Develop workflows and provisioning rules
- Implement automated provisioning and deprovisioning
- Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory and business applications
- Lead migration from legacy IAM to SailPoint ISC
- Own IAM solution design for SailPoint ISC
- Perform root cause analysis and remediation
- Provide stakeholder guidance and risk tradeoffs
- Support incident and problem management for IAM
