- Automate identity management processes
- Back up and restore files
- Collaborate with other IT teams on access solutions
- Create PowerShell scripts
- Create and maintain user identities
- Document MCS processes and procedures
- Follow IT policies and standards
- Manage distribution lists
- Manage email accounts
- Monitor and triage help desk requests
- Provide file recovery with Volume Shadow Copy
- Resolve identity and access tickets
- Support cloud file and email recovery self service
- Troubleshoot email access issues
