Tasks
- Acknowledge IAM monitoring alerts within SLAs
- Administer and monitor One Identity Manager and PingID
- Assist with documentation configuration validation and sign off tracking
- Collaborate with SOC and IT teams on authentication policy violations
- Coordinate with application owners and IAM teams for onboarding
- Document and escalate incidents and recurring issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2 L3 while maintaining ownership until closure
- Follow runbooks and SOPs for IAM activities
- Maintain IAM workflows and approval processes
- Maintain ticket updates and daily weekly reporting
- Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning
- Modify access across AD enterprise and cloud systems
- Participate in testing UAT and go live support
- Perform IAM data sanitization and platform hygiene
- Support application integrations for SSO MFA and lifecycle management
