Sr. Cyber Security Incident Response Communications
Tasks
- Act as primary communications interface for stakeholders
- Align communications across technical legal and business teams
- Coordinate incident notifications and status updates
- Improve incident communication notification and escalation processes
- Lead incident communications for major security events
- Lead post-incident reviews and lessons learned
- Maintain auditable incident communications record
- Manage escalations using approved templates
- Participate in security event triage calls
