Sr. Manager, Tech GRC
Tasks
- Build and lead global security teams
- Collaborate across security domains and functions
- Collaborate on cross-geography security projects
- Coordinate security assurance across units and third parties
- Design and review security controls during GRC reviews
- Develop security policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Drive APAC regional certifications and industry audits
- Establish security standards and compliance frameworks
- Implement AI-enabled security assurance and monitoring
- Lead enterprise security compliance programs
- Manage security assurance reviews (User Access, Network, Encryption)
- Partner with Security Automation team on automated workflows
- Prioritize internal controls based on business needs
- Report on goals and metrics to leadership
- Supervise internal controls and risk management
