- Coordinate technical resources for issue resolution

- Create go-to-green plans for remediation
- Deliver partner recommendations
- Document and resolve partner issues and incidents
- Notify partners on standards misalignment
- Review partner environments for standards alignment
- Serve on committees to improve processes
- Train and coach partners on security standards and best practices
