Tasks
- Build relationships with strategic partners
- Collaborate cross functionally with product engineering marketing channel and customer success
- Collect product feedback and innovation insights for product management
- Create enablement content demos videos and training assets
- Deliver demos presentations and technical storytelling
- Develop understanding of customer goals challenges and security requirements
- Guide enterprise customers through evaluation adoption expansion of cybersecurity platform
- Lead and support proof of concepts
- Maintain knowledge of platform capabilities beta features and cybersecurity best practices
- Provide strategic consultation as technical advisor
- Represent company at industry events webinars and panels
- Travel for customer engagements and partner meetings
