Sr. System Administrator
Tasks
- Administer and tune security tooling
- Build and maintain infrastructure automation using PowerShell
- Design and maintain Windows Server environments
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability
- Harden secure configurations across servers endpoints and network boundaries
- Implement hybrid identity and Zero Trust architecture
- Improve observability alerting and runbook coverage
- Lead infrastructure projects from design through documentation
- Lead upgrades migrations and platform improvements
- Manage Active Directory identity and access controls
- Mentor junior systems administrators
- Monitor infrastructure health and services
- Own enterprise infrastructure across on prem servers and cloud
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
- Remediate vulnerabilities and support compliance initiatives
- Standardize deployments patching and system configurations across locations
