Staff Officer (Digital Programme Administrator) - NATO 2030
Tasks
- Coordinate digital transformation reporting to leadership
- Develop and maintain digital programme register
- Enable visibility of bottom up innovation activities
- Identify blockers and inefficiencies and propose mitigations
- Liaise with cyber branch and innovation teams
- Maintain digital improvement portfolio
- Manage project tracking tools and dashboards
- Monitor delivery of digital services and projects
- Prepare reports briefing notes and presentations
- Promote continual improvement in digital programme administration
- Support annual and quarterly review cycles
- Support communication of progress issues and opportunities
- Support workshops training mentoring and sprint events
