- Perform root cause analysis and submit after action reports
- Provision SAN LUNs and manage fiber channel zoning
- Provision vCenter VMware ESX cluster datastores using SAN resources
- Resolve tier 2 and tier 3 service requests
- Schedule and monitor volume replication
- Troubleshoot hardware and software failures with vendors
