- Manage LUN tasks
- Monitor Data Domain alerts
- Monitor infrastructure performance
- Perform SAN zoning
- Perform backup and recovery operations
- Perform initial issue diagnosis
- Perform storage array basic configuration
- Provide first level storage support
- Respond to connectivity issues
- Respond to hardware failures
- Respond to temperature alerts
- Support VMware datastore provisioning
- Support VMware storage vMotion
- Troubleshoot SAN connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot backup failures
