Tasks
- Assess security compliance risks
- Coordinate VIP customer movements
- Coordinate station compliance for contract employees
- Coordinate with Customs and Border Protection
- Develop employees for promotion
- Develop security operations policy and procedures
- Evaluate employee performance and training
- Initiate employee hire promotion discharge transfer actions
- Interface with TSA
- Interpret regulatory security requirements
- Lead security operations team
- Maintain employee records and personnel files
- Maintain knowledge of security systems and contingency measures
- Manage TSA watch lists
- Manage employee time and attendance actions
- Prepare department reports and records
- Prepare training materials for new hires
- Provide guidance to protect global assets
- Publish daily intelligence summary
- Recommend incident resolution
- Resolve security incidents
- Schedule security desk staffing
- Staff 24 7 365 security operations desk
- Supervise on the job training
- Support on duty IOC director
- Vet employees against TSA watch list
- Work rotating shifts
