SYSMAN Systems Administrator - Intermediate
Tasks
- Assist with imaging PXE boot
- Automate computer domain join and driver installation
- Create custom SCOM monitors and rules
- Deploy Microsoft updates and third party patches
- Deploy software packages to end user devices
- Establish network boundaries for imaging sources
- Integrate SCOM alerts with ServiceNow tickets
- Maintain MCM infrastructure
- Manage software center
- Modify alerts to route actionable issues
- Monitor device health and performance
- Review device data for follow up actions
- Run monitoring reports for devices and installed software
