System Administrator
Tasks
- Administer Microsoft 365 users licenses mailboxes and groups
- Administer Windows Server and Active Directory
- Coordinate with vendors and internet service providers
- Follow up on warranty claims repairs renewals and service contracts
- Install and maintain end-user devices
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure
- Manage backup solutions and run restore tests
- Manage firewalls and access rules
- Manage shared folder and resource permissions
- Monitor server health storage and event logs
- Provide end-user technical support
- Set up users reset passwords and manage access
- Support Active Directory and workgroup environments
- Support DNS DHCP and file sharing
- Support Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications
- Troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Troubleshoot printers scanners and connectivity issues
