- Administer Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange
- Architect Windows server infrastructure
- Create and maintain desktop and laptop OS images
- Design test evaluate and deploy infrastructure solutions
- Lead infrastructure projects and coordinate stakeholders
- Manage user accounts and backups and restores
- Monitor and troubleshoot server health and performance
- Patch and remediate security issues
- Perform PC imaging and account provisioning with Endpoint Configuration Manager
