- Administer Windows file services
- Document procedures runbooks and knowledge base
- Escalate complex issues to L2 and infrastructure teams
- Maintain office network equipment
- Manage Active Directory users groups and OUs
- Manage DFS and SMB shares
- Manage Group Policy Objects
- Onboard and offboard employees
- Perform endpoint imaging and patching
- Provide L1 end user support
- Provision user accounts in Active Directory
- Support Windows and macOS endpoints
- Track tickets and meet SLA targets
- Troubleshoot network connectivity
