System & Network Engineer
Tasks
- Administer Azure environments
- Administer Hyper V virtualization environments
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Administer VMware virtualization environments
- Administer client network infrastructure
- Configure group policies and user management
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Diagnose and resolve system and network issues
- Generate system performance and uptime reports
- Implement firewall and VPN solutions
- Maintain routers switches firewalls and wireless
- Manage servers on premises and in cloud
- Manage tickets and maintain documentation
- Monitor network and system performance
- Monitor security protocols and intrusion detection
- Perform vulnerability scans and patch management
- Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support
- Use remote management tools for troubleshooting
