Systems Administrator
Tasks
- Administer Windows Server updates patching and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with multi site IT teams on security and compliance
- Configure and manage Windows and macOS endpoints
- Deploy and maintain virtual machines and servers
- Diagnose hardware and software issues for on site and remote users
- Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Maintain documentation for systems and procedures
- Manage Active Directory and Group Policy
- Oversee hardware and software asset lifecycle
- Provide guidance and training on systems and policies
- Provide help desk support and resolve technical issues
- Support ITIL based service delivery
