Tasks
- Administer mobile device management platform
- Conduct proofs of concept for desktop technologies
- Install configure administer workstations laptops and handheld devices
- Maintain ticketing documentation and track work items
- Partner with vendors to diagnose and repair hardware
- Provide in person and remote help desk support
