- Administer Windows and Linux servers
- Apply security hardening and baseline configurations
- Document incidents fixes and runbooks
- Ensure backup job success and assist with restore testing
- Maintain alerts from monitoring and logging tools
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions
- Manage virtualized environments and VM lifecycle
- Monitor system health performance storage capacity
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Provision configure patch upgrade and decommission systems
- Respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity
- Troubleshoot OS level and service level issues
