Tasks
- Address user tickets
- Deploy and manage services like Containers, AD/DC, DNS, Firewalls, Fileshares
- Install and configure hardware and software
- Maintain SLA of systems and network
- Maintain network operations including Access Points, Switches, VLANs, Routers, VPN, Internet
- Manage operating systems in Linux and Windows
