Tasks
- Communicate discrepancies for resolution
- Coordinate ad-hoc projects
- Create work orders from client requests
- Distribute invoices to accounts payable contacts
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry
- Follow QC protocols and guidelines
- Follow up on client payments
- Generate acknowledgement for work orders
- Generate customer invoices
- Generate customer statements
- Link price list and sales quotations to work orders
- Maintain and prepare reports from files
- Maintain inventories mailing lists and databases
- Register samples in LIMS
