• Advise on security architecture and threat detection strategies
• Collaborate with Sales on account strategy renewals and expansions
• Conduct architecture discussions and technical reviews
• Conduct security maturity and posture assessments aligned to NIST CIS and Zero Trust
• Contribute technical expertise during customer engagements
• Develop security improvement roadmaps
• Drive XDR endpoint protection cloud security and identity protection adoption
• Drive success planning and executive business reviews
• Lead customer onboarding and adoption planning
• Manage post sales lifecycle for assigned customer accounts
• Monitor adoption usage and customer health
• Optimize deployment of TrendAI security platform
• Partner to identify customer challenges risks and security gaps
• Provide customer feedback to improve product capabilities and adoption strategies
• Provide renewal support
