- Drive XDR endpoint protection cloud security and identity protection adoption
- Drive success planning and executive business reviews
- Lead customer onboarding and adoption planning
- Manage post sales lifecycle for assigned customer accounts
- Monitor adoption usage and customer health
- Optimize deployment of TrendAI security platform
- Partner to identify customer challenges risks and security gaps
- Provide customer feedback to improve product capabilities and adoption strategies
- Provide renewal support
