Technical Program Manager
Tasks
- Approve monthly invoices and develop cost summaries for program management report
- Conduct research and development product evaluations and comparisons
- Conduct root cause analysis
- Define program strategy scope schedule budget success metrics
- Direct concurrent delivery work streams
- Drive compliance with FISMA Zero Trust section 508 and service level objectives
- Ensure deliverables meet DHS SELC ITIL v4 PMBOK standards
- Identify missing modules and evaluate products
- Identify resolve risks issues and dependencies
- Lead mentor and performance manage cross functional team
- Maintain integrated master plan quality control plan risk register cost baseline
- Manage development life cycle project management budget operations
- Manage internal external dependencies
- Manage network tool assessment and user requirements
- Oversee escalation processes and change management
- Prepare and defend business cases SOWs basis of estimates
- Provide weekly status reports
- Serve as primary interface to contracting stakeholders
- Update project information in SharePoint Jira and Confluence
