Technical Support Engineer
Tasks
- Coordinate with engineering on bug fixes
- Create detailed RCA documents
- Handle escalations from front line and tier 2
- Handle hot and risk technical escalations
- Lead case swarming and training sessions
- Manage support cases track resolve and follow up
- Perform fault isolation and root cause analysis
- Provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices
- Provide technical support to customers and partners
- Publish technical support bulletins and knowledge base articles
- Review technical documentation for training and marketing
- Support engineering with feature requests
