Technical Support Engineer, Edtech
Tasks
- Conduct troubleshooting sessions remotely
- Contribute to process improvements
- Create documentation and enablement resources
- Diagnose and resolve product and network issues
- Escalate complex issues
- Identify and report recurring issues
- Liaise with product and engineering teams
- Log and document incidents
- Manage multiple cases concurrently
- Own support cases from opening to closure
- Provide technical guidance to VAR partners
- Respond to support queries
- Support configuration and troubleshooting during deployments
