Tasks
- Analyze packet traces to resolve networking issues
- Collaborate with engineering on product defects
- Diagnose customer post sales technical issues
- Diagnose remote access VPN issues
- Document findings in internal knowledge base
- Isolate faults and perform root cause analysis
- Manage support cases from initiation to resolution
- Perform troubleshooting and configuration verification
- Simulate customer network topologies in a lab
- Use AI diagnostic utilities and automated log analysis
