- Conduct IT governance risk assessments
- Coordinate external audits
- Coordinate internal audits
- Coordinate regulatory inspections
- Deliver governance training and awareness
- Design IT governance frameworks
- Develop and monitor remediation plans
- Engage stakeholders across IT and business units
- Ensure regulatory compliance and control effectiveness
- Establish IT governance metrics and KPIs
- Implement IT governance policies standards and procedures
- Maintain risk register and track closures
- Oversee Privileged Access Management
- Oversee identity and access management
- Perform governance assurance checks
- Report audit status risk posture and remediation progress
