Technology Integration & Enablement Lead
Tasks
- Assess programs for emergent technology insertion opportunities
- Capture lessons learned and disseminate best practices
- Connect program needs with IRAD investments and SME expertise
- Define technical career paths
- Develop and govern technology roadmaps
- Drive technology transfer into sector programs
- Evaluate IRAD proposals for technical merit and business alignment
- Execute IRAD strategy and manage lifecycle
- Execute talent development strategy and workforce planning
- Facilitate knowledge transfer from SMEs to business lines
- Identify customer value through technology infusion
- Identify training needs and develop training programs
- Improve processes tools and governance for efficiency and impact
- Partner with program managers to identify efficiencies and optimization
- Provide reporting to CTO and sector leadership
- Recommend tools and platforms for technical productivity
- Remove obstacles blocking high value SME work
- Support new business pursuits with technical differentiators
- Track IRAD portfolio and identify gaps overlaps opportunities
- Track and communicate business impact of technology enablement
