Tasks
- Build and maintain client side and server side scripts
- Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC and IRM modules
- Configure policy control workflows risk and issue management and compliance evidence collection
- Define architecture and design elements for ServiceNow GRC solutions
- Develop and customize IRM workspaces portals forms dashboards and reports
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Perform ServiceNow administration including configuration changes user support and upgrades
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
