T&T Consultant - ETP As Service/Operate (SAP Security/GRC) - MY
Tasks
- Adhere to AMS process and procedures
- Assist with proposal and presentation development
- Conduct problem management and root cause analysis
- Coordinate end to end enhancement development and testing
- Deliver permanent fixes within agreed timeframes
- Develop presentation materials and documentation
- Estimate effort for enhancements
- Lead high level solution design for enhancements
- Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform troubleshooting for medium to complex incidents
- Provide level 2 or level 3 AMS support for production incidents
- Resolve production incidents and monitor fixes
- Support project teams in application implementation
