- Administer IT onboarding and offboarding
- Administer Microsoft 365 Exchange Teams SharePoint OneDrive and licenses
- Apply security policies
- Create user AI enablement guides and trainings
- Drive small IT automations and process improvements
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base
- Manage Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication
- Manage endpoints with Intune and Kandji
- Perform patching and backup and restore
- Provide laptop phone peripheral and VPN support
- Support AI assistant pilots and rollouts
