Senior Splunk Engineer (GIC)
Tasks
- Act as SIEM and Splunk subject matter expert
- Architect enterprise SIEM solutions
- Build runbooks alerts and self healing automation
- Conduct resilience chaos and capacity testing
- Define and track error budgets reliability scorecards and service health indicators
- Deploy configure and optimize Splunk
- Design and automate runbooks alerts and self healing workflows
- Develop executive dashboards for reliability KPIs
- Enforce telemetry data governance standards
- Engineer SIEM for cloud native workloads in AWS and Azure
- Implement SRE frameworks and reliability practices
- Implement infrastructure as code provisioning with Terraform and Ansible
- Integrate Splunk with cloud observability tools in CI CD pipelines
- Integrate Splunk with incident management and ITSM
- Lead major incidents post incident reviews and audits
- Reduce incident recurrence MTTR and manual intervention
