Tasks
- Build organizational capacity for growth and acquisitions
- Consolidate redundant systems
- Define enterprise IT roadmap
- Design scalable data infrastructure
- Design support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure
- Develop dashboards and KPIs
- Develop policies for security and regulatory compliance
- Drive modernization and scaling of technology platforms
- Drive technology integration during acquisitions
- Enable real-time operational visibility
- Ensure high availability and performance
- Ensure reliable data pipelines and governance
- Ensure secure and resilient technology operations
- Establish development standards and security controls
- Implement identity governance and endpoint protection
- Lead cross-functional transformation projects
- Lead enterprise analytics and reporting
- Lead enterprise security strategy and compliance
- Lead enterprise technology strategy
- Lead organizational change initiatives
- Lead technology investment decisions
- Leverage predictive analytics and AI
- Manage IT service management and help desk
- Manage network and information security
- Manage roadmap and lifecycle of in-house applications
- Manage vendor and financial relationships
- Mentor senior leaders and ensure succession
- Negotiate vendor contracts and licenses
- Optimize technology architecture for scalability
- Oversee IT budgeting and cost optimization
- Oversee application development and proprietary systems
- Oversee data services and engineering teams
- Oversee network server and cloud operations
