- Manage installation and operational handover
- Monitor network performance and capacity
- Own escalated incidents
- Perform root cause analysis
- Perform upgrades and patching
- Produce technical documentation and standards
- Provide 2nd line network support
- Triage and prioritize incidents
- Validate configuration changes
